his exciting journey through Tanzania’s renowned parks Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire offers immersive game drives to spot diverse wildlife like tree-climbing lions, massive elephants, black rhinos, and flocks of birds, all set against stunning landscapes of ancient Baobab trees and volcanic craters, with optional cultural experiences such as a cycling tour in Mto wa Mbu or a visit to a Maasai Boma Village for a blend of nature and tradition, ultimately providing an unforgettable exploration of Africa’s wild beauty before returning to Arusha.
Early in the morning from Arusha, you will meet our Safari Guide and drive to Lake Manyara National Park, arriving in time for a game drive with a Picnic Lunch. This Park is very famous of its tree climbing lions. There are also other animals like Baboons, Leopard, Hyenas, Cheetah, Gazelles, Impalas, Zebra, Gnu (Wildebeest), Buffaloes, Warthogs (Pumba) and other animals’ species with different types of Birds’ species. After the trip, drive out the Park and proceed to your Lodge, arriving in time for evening leisure, dinner and overnight stay.
Today you have an option of doing a cycling city tour around Mto wa Mbu town
After early breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Conservation which became a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1979 and is one of the only places on earth where mankind and wild animals coexist is harmony. The Ngorongoro Crater is famous for Africa’s best game viewing as there is an ever-present abundance of wildlife due to the permanent water supply on the crater floor. Upon arrival at the Crater’s rim, you will descend 610 meters into the Crater where your safari truly begins. Spot the endangered black rhino as well as wildebeest, buffalo, zebra, eland, Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelle and of course, giant tusked elephants. The Crater also has the largest known population of lions and you will also find leopards and cheetahs as well as scavengers such as spotted hyenas, jackals and rare wild dogs. Over 500 species of birds have been recorded within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and these include white pelicans and flamingos. After the trip, drive out the Park and proceed to your Lodge, arriving in time for evening leisure, dinner and overnight stay.

This Park is very famous of the availability of Biggest Elephants and old Baobab trees. There are also other animals like Leopard, Lions, Hyenas, Cheetah, Gazelles, Impalas, Zebra, Gnu (Wildebeest), Buffaloes, Warthogs (Pumba) and other animals’ species with different types of Birds’ species. After the trip, drive out the crater and proceed to Arusha, arriving in time for drop-off at the hotel/Airport.

What is the best time to go on safari in Tanzania?
The dry season (June–October) is ideal for wildlife viewing as animals concentrate around water sources and roads are passable. January–February is also excellent. The short rains (November–December) and long rains (March–May) have fewer crowds and greener landscapes but can have wetter conditions. We help you choose the best timing for your goals (e.g., Great Migration).
Are the safaris private or in groups?
Most of our packages are private safaris (just your group in a dedicated vehicle), offering flexibility and a personalized experience. We also arrange small group departures for those seeking to share costs.
Is it safe to go on safari?
Yes , Tanzania is a popular and generally safe destination for organized tours. Our experienced guides follow strict safety protocols in the parks. Risks are minimized by traveling with professionals. Petty theft is the main concern in cities, so standard precautions apply.
What training should I do before climbing?
Start training 3–6 months in advance:
- Regular cardio (running, cycling, swimming)
- Hike with a daypack carrying weight (simulate 8–10 kg)
- Stair climbing or hill walks
- Strength training for legs and core

Do I need vaccinations or a visa for Tanzania?
- Visa: Most visitors need a tourist visa (obtainable online via e-visa or on arrival).
- Vaccinations: Routine vaccines recommended; Yellow Fever certificate if coming from a risk country. Malaria prophylaxis is strongly advised. Consult your doctor 4–6 weeks before travel.
- Travel insurance with medical evacuation coverage is mandatory.
What wildlife can I expect to see?
You have excellent chances of spotting the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, rhino) plus giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, cheetah, hyena, and hundreds of bird species. The Great Migration in Serengeti is a highlight.
