Interesting facts about Zanzibar

Best time to visit Zanzibar

Zanzibar is best visited during the dry season from June to October, when cooler temperatures (25-30°C/77-86°F) and minimal rainfall make it ideal for beach activities, snorkeling, and exploring sites like Stone Town, though it can be busier and pricier. If you prefer lighter crowds and lower costs, the shoulder season from December to February offers warm weather (28-32°C/82-90°F) with occasional showers, but avoid the rainy season from March to May due to heavy rains that may disrupt plans. Factors like events, water clarity for diving, and wildlife viewing can also influence your choice, so tailor your trip accordingly.
