2. Our Services

Moswey Tours provides travel booking services including safaris, tours, accommodations, and related activities in Tanzania. All tours are subject to availability.

3. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment or deposit.
• Full payment or final balance is required as per the invoice.
• Prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Refund amount depends on notice period and supplier policies:
  • 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus administration fee
  • 15–29 days: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days: No refund
• No refund for no-shows or early departures.

5. Travel Requirements

It is your responsibility to:

• Have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
• Obtain necessary visas and vaccinations
• Purchase adequate travel insurance
• Comply with all entry requirements for Tanzania and Zanzibar

6. Liability

• Moswey Tours acts only as an agent. We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by suppliers, acts of God, political unrest, or your own negligence.
• We recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and adventure activities.

7. Health and Safety

You are responsible for your own health and safety. Follow all instructions from guides and park rangers during tours.

8. Drones and Prohibited Activities

Use of drones is strictly regulated in Tanzania. Clients must obtain necessary permits. Moswey Tours accepts no responsibility for any legal issues arising from unauthorized drone use.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Arusha, Tanzania.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website means you accept the changes.
